miles north of Xcalak and about 25 miles south of Majahual.
The barrier reef protects
the beach in this area, and provides a calm area for boating &
snorkeling. Excellent SCUBA diving just outside the barrier reef.

The lots are 20
meters wide and unusually deep. There
is good access to these lots from the paved Majahual-Xcalak road. The
drive is about 8 miles along the beach road after you leave the
pavement.

The
lots have a deep cover of sand, one to two meters deep, covered with a
light growth of underbrush. When this groundcover is cleared, the sand is
white and beautiful. |

is slightly rocky, but this makes good visibility for snorkeling behind
the protection of the barrier reef.
